SIGN UPS FOR GETTING A GOWN in 2025 OPEN MARCH 1ST, 2025
Gowns for Prom 2025 is back! This year, we're at our new location, The Buffalo Convention Center, in downtown Buffalo!
​
The 2025 event will occur on April 5th from 9 AM - 7 PM.
​
All students must use our online registration system to sign up for a time slot. The last slot of the day starts at 6 PM, and the event ends at 7 PM. You must arrive as close to the beginning of your time slot as possible to ensure enough time to find a gown for prom.

Gowns for Prom Student Details
​
All students who could not otherwise afford a gown in WNY are welcome to attend Gowns for Prom at the Buffalo Convention Center to select a gown. DUE TO CAPACITY RESTRICTIONS, YOU MUST SIGN UP TO GET A GOWN DURING A CERTAIN TIME.
​
You are allowed to bring only ONE parent or guardian with you due to capacity restrictions.
​
Keep checking back frequently if you want a different time. Please do no call or email regarding dates & times, you should only check this page for openings.
​
Rules:

You must bring your student ID and present it before you can get a gown.

New gowns are put out every day of the event, so there is always a fresh selection of gowns.
-
Only one gown per student.
-
And remember, bring any gently-used gowns to donate back to the event so we can give them to other students in need during future events!
