Welcome to the "Gown Guide Volunteer" booking portal. On this page, you can book your volunteer slot to come to our Gowns for Prom Headquarters, and help students select a gown and accessories, and take it home at NO COST!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT VOLUNTEERING

Volunteer opportunities start March 3rd - April 11th, 2026.

Shifts are every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday:

 

Tuesdays: 2:30 PM to 7 PM:
Thursdays: 2:30 PM to 7 PM:
Saturdays (2 shifts):
8:30 AM to 12 PM -OR-
11:30 AM to 3 PM

You can sign up for one shift or as many as you would like throughout the Gowns for Prom season. After you sign up, the Gowns for Prom team will distribute more information about volunteering and what to expect closer to your volunteer slot. Colvin Cleaners and Gowns for Prom staff members will be on-site to guide your volunteer work.

Volunteers will be on site to help students select gowns and accessories, rehang gowns, clean and organize, and support the program's success. There are places to sit and rest, and a bathroom and kitchen area on site. Parking is provided on site.
